This compound is a mixture of food attractants (proteins, polypeptides, amino acids, and other organic substances) that are non-toxic and environmentally safe. It has a remarkable ability to attract flies before they lay their eggs inside the fruit (fruit flies, peach flies, olive flies, etc.). Therefore, no damage occurs to the fruit as a result of using FlyFree. It attracts flies before they lay their eggs inside the fruit. FlyFree has no toxic or negative impact on the crop because it is pesticide-free. It is highly effective at attracting flies. It is used as an attractant trap for all types of flies (fruit flies, peach flies, olive flies, etc.). It is used as a trap to protect crops (bananas, peaches, grapes, figs, apples, plums, olives, citrus fruits, etc.) from the damage caused by fruit flies, peach flies, and olive flies. It is also used as an attractant trap for houseflies in residential areas and tourist resorts.

Recommendations and usage rates

Use 40-50 traps per acre, placing 100-200 ml of the FlyFree compound in each trap. Ensure the solution does not dry out inside the trap. Hang the trap in the shade of trees, facing the prevailing wind. The FlyFree should be placed in clean plastic bottles, at least 0.75-1 liter in size, free from traces of grease and pesticides. The bottles should be pierced in the upper third with 8-10 holes, each no larger than 3 mm in diameter.

When hanging the traps, avoid contact with any pesticides, fertilizers, foliar fertilizers, or sulfur dusting, as this will inhibit their performance and effectiveness. Therefore, before spraying or dusting, the traps should be dismantled or wrapped in a plastic bag until the spraying or dusting process is complete. One to two traps per acre can be used to predict the arrival of fruit flies and peach flies in the orchard.
