Shipping Policy
We process orders within 1–5 business days unless stated otherwise.
Shipping fees and delivery timelines vary by zone. Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and product type. Delivery times may change depending on zone, weather conditions, courier availability, or product nature (especially for agricultural and perishable products).
Tracking information will be provided when available. International orders may be subject to customs fees or delays.
Unclaimed or failed deliveries may result in additional re-shipping charges.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return period for most products.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with their packaging. Perishable agricultural products are refundable only if damaged or incorrect upon arrival—please report issues within 48 hours with photos.
If the return is due to our error, we cover return shipping. Otherwise, customers may bear the return shipping cost.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection and issued to the original payment method.
Non-refundable items include opened consumables, custom orders, and short-shelf-life agricultural items unless received damaged.
