A fungicide used to control gummosis in orange trees.

It is a systemic fungicide; fosetyl aluminum is absorbed through the leaves and roots of the plant and translocated within the tissues, providing comprehensive protection to all parts of the plant.

It is also used to control: downy mildew, one of the most serious fungal diseases affecting leaves and leading to significant crop losses; purple blotch, which causes spots on leaves and inhibits growth; root rot, which helps prevent root rot caused by fungi; and stem blight.
