Characteristics – features

"A systemic fungicide formulated as water-dispersible granules (WDG). It belongs to the carboxamide class (SDHI).

It is widely used to protect fruits, vegetables, oilseeds, and ornamental crops from a wide range of fungal diseases, including powdery mildew, gray mold, solid rot, and alternating rot. Boscalid provides long-lasting residual protection, strong translaminar movement, and excellent compatibility in integrated disease management programs."

Recommendations and usage rates

 "Grapes: Powdery mildew, Botrytis 300-500 g/ha (apply before flowering and during fruit set)
Tomatoes: Early blight, powdery mildew 400-600 g/ha (apply at the first signs of disease)
Lettuce: Downy mildew 300-500 g/ha (apply preventively or when the risk is high)
Soybeans: Sclerotinia stem rot 500 g/ha (apply before flowering or at early symptoms)
Apples/Pears: Powdery mildew 350-500 g/ha (start when petals fall and repeat as needed)"
