Characteristics – features
Its protective and curative effect is broad-spectrum, long-lasting, and specialized for controlling many fungal diseases affecting seeds, grains, soil, and roots, such as blight, seed rot, and root rot.
It is used on many field crop seedlings, open-field and protected vegetable crops, horticultural crops, ornamental plants, and greenhouse seedlings.
After soil treatment, it is unaffected by external factors (such as heat, light, and rain), thus achieving high eradication efficiency and complete, long-lasting protection for all parts of the plant, including new growth.
Injected with drip irrigation systems: It is used to control soil fungi that cause root diseases and damping-off at a rate of half a liter per acre, injected with drip irrigation systems during the last 15 minutes of irrigation.
It can be used by direct watering into the soil, mixing with seeds, or incorporating it into the soil. The compound is believed to have an auxin-stimulating effect within the plant, thereby promoting root growth. This increases the plant's resistance to cold, reduces the damage caused by overwatering, and minimizes the toxic effects of some herbicides. It can be used as a seed treatment to control soil-borne diseases for which no alternative pesticides are available, such as in sugar beets.
It can be applied up to three times during the growing season.
